By accessing or using Slopmatic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Slopmatic is a platform that uses AI to generate short-form animated video content. Users provide creative prompts, and the Service generates scripts, images, and videos based on those prompts.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating content. Purchased credits and subscription credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. You are granted a license to use AI-generated content created through the Service for personal and commercial purposes. Slopmatic retains no ownership over your generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Slopmatic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
